Brian made himself available to us immediately even though he was on a busy schedule. We found him very thorough during his inspections and would recommend him to anyone. He looks for all possible problems that can occur in a home. Brian looks beyond what the normal eye can see. He checked for mould, moisture in washrooms, cracks in foundation, electrical issues and many more. His reports were promptly emailed along with any pictures that he took of any concerns with the home. Brian is very similar to Mike Holmes in our view, he will see that the buyer is aware of any defects.
